退款政策

At Tappoo Online Store, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. To simplify and enhance your shopping experience, we encourage customers to opt for store credits over refunds for returns. Store credits offer greater convenience, allowing you to shop at your leisure with no delays.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

In the event that a product is unavailable, Tappoo Online Store will work with the customer to provide a suitable alternative. If this is not possible, our pre-order process will apply, or you may choose to receive store credits or a refund.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at onlinesupport@tappoo.com.fj to initiate the return process.

Store Credits

For returns, Tappoo Online Store highly recommends opting for store credits due to their ease of use and faster processing. Store credits will be issued as a coupon code with the following terms:

  • Store credit value limit: FJD $10,000 VIP per customer account.
  • Validity: Store credit coupon codes are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issuance.
  • Redemption: Coupon codes can be redeemed by entering them in the “Discount Code” section on the checkout page.
  • One-time use only: Store credit coupon codes are for a single transaction and cannot be partially used.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable: Coupon codes are issued solely for the original account holder and are tied to the email address used for the corresponding order.
  • Availability: Store credits can be used only on the Tappoo Online Store and not in physical stores or other sales channels.

Refunds

For customers opting for refunds, the following terms apply:

  • Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
  • Funds may take an additional 5 business days to appear on the customer’s credit or debit card, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Refunds will be issued only for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at onlinesupport@tappoo.com.fj. Defective products may qualify for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on customer preference and product availability.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Tappoo Online Store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
