We strive to deliver your purchase within the estimated delivery time specified during checkout. Our deliveries within Viti Levu are estimated to take 4 to 5 business days. Deliveries outside of Viti Levu will take longer than 4 to 5 business days.

Delivery to outer islands may take longer. Please note that these delivery times are only estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order.

These delivery times are only estimates and Tappoo Online Store does not guarantee that deliveries will occur within these times. Deliveries may be restricted in some areas of Fiji, particularly outside or rural areas of Viti Levu and to the outer islands.

Things to note:

1. Transit time is from date of shipping and not date of purchase. Allow 2 to 3 business days from placing your order, for the delivery details to be confirmed by email.
2. For delivery, order is only considered confirmed and ready to ship when it is paid in full.
3. We deliver to all metro areas within Viti Levu and Vanua Levu; and within 2km radius of major towns and cities.

4. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

In-Store Pickups:

Orders for in-store pickup are processed within 2-4 business days from the time the order is placed. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email to the address provided at checkout. This email will include instructions on how to collect your order from the selected store. A valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, FNPF Joint Card or Voter ID) is required to collect your order from the store. The name on the ID must match the name on the order.

Liability:

Tappoo Online Store enforces strict measures to ensure goods purchased from Tappoo Online Store always reach the customer in a timely manner, in the expected condition, and in conjunction with our delivery partners. Whilst Tappoo Online Store does not envision this to be the case, should an event be identified where goods purchased have been lost in transit or not in the expected condition, Tappoo Online Store will work with its delivery partners and immediately take necessary steps to ensure that the customer is compensated for the loss.

Shipping Fee:

All prices listed on Tappoo Online Store are in Fiji Dollars and include VAT. Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and size of the items being shipped, as well as the destination address. The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on the destination address and the size and weight of the items being shipped.

International Shipping:

We are happy to ship to international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination country and the size and weight of the items being shipped. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

All delivery times may be impacted by:

1. Adverse weather conditions
2. Flight or shipping cancellations and technical delays
3. Incorrect consignee addresses
4. Customs clearance processes
